Chicken Pot Pie Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic and onion powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 lb. cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cups chicken broth
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400
- Sautee veg and spices, then add flour until absorbed.
- Turn down heat, add milk until thick.
- Toss everything into a casserole pan, cook covered for 30 minutes, then remove cover and cook another 30.
